艾滋病合并结肠癌患者术后护理对策及效果

摘　　要：目的分析艾滋病(AIDS)合并结肠癌患者术后的护理对策及应用效果。方法回顾性选取郑州市第六人民医院2017年1月至2021年1月收治的120例AIDS合并结肠癌患者,根据入院时间分组。常规组60例患者接受常规护理,研究组60例患者接受综合性护理。比较两组干预前后焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、自我护理能力(ESCA)、并发症发生率、护理满意度。结果干预后两组SAS、SDS评分均较治疗前下降,且研究组SAS、SDS评分低于常规组(P<0.05);干预后两组自我护理能力各维度评分均较干预前升高,且研究组评分高于常规组(P<0.05);研究组护理满意度(93.33%)高于常规组(80.00%),并发症发生率(5.00%)低于常规组(16.67%)(P<0.05)。结论对AIDS合并结肠癌患者术后开展综合性护理,有利于减轻患者抑郁、焦虑情绪,增强自我护理能力,降低并发症发生风险,提高护理满意度。Objective To investigate the postoperative nursing strategy and its efficacy in AIDS patients with colon cancer.Methods A total of 120 AIDS patients with colon cancer that were admitted to the Sixth People’s Hospital of Zhengzhou from Jan 2017 to Jan 2021 were retrospectively divided into control group and study group according to the time of admission.Sixty patients in the control group received routine nursing interventions and 60 patients in the study group received comprehensive nursing interventions.The self-rating depression scale(SDS),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),nursing satisfaction and incidence rate of complications were compared before and after the interventions in the two groups.Results After the intervention,the scores of SDS and SAS in the two groups were lower than those before the intervention,and the SAS and SDS scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of each dimension of self-care ability in the two groups were higher than those before the intervention,and the scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate in the study group(93.33%)was higher than that in the control group(80.00%),and the incidence rate of complications in the study group(5.00%)was lower than that in the control group(16.67%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive nursing in AIDS patients with colon cancer are helpful in relieving depression and anxiety,enhancing self-care ability,reducing the incidence of complication and improving nursing satisfaction.
