摘  要:近年来,由腰椎间盘突出症引起腰痛的人群呈年轻化趋势,药物保守治疗是腰椎间盘突出症的首选治疗方式。对牛膝主要成分牛膝总皂苷(ABS)的相关研究表明,ABS具有抗炎、抗细胞凋亡、保护软骨细胞等作用。同时,ABS在治疗腰椎间盘突出症所引起疼痛方面有着不可忽略的临床疗效。本文综述ABS的作用及其治疗腰椎间盘突出症的相关机制,以期为更好地利用ABS治疗腰椎间盘突出症提供有价值的参考。In recent years, people suffering from low back pain caused by lumbar disc herniation is becoming younger and younger,and conservative drug treatment is the preferred treatment for lumbar disc herniation. Studies related to the achyranthes bidentata saponin(ABS), the main component of achyranthes bidentata, have shown that ABS has anti-inflammatory, anti-apoptotic and chondrocyte protecting effects, and shows clinically effective in the treatment of pain caused by lumbar disc herniation. In this article the effects and the mechanisms of achyranthes bidentata saponin associated with lumbar disc herniation were introduced, with the aim of providing a valuable reference for the future use of achyranthes bidentata saponin in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.
