摘　　要：基于多种图像的电路板故障诊断系统研究论述了基于多种图像的电路板故障诊断的原理及方法,对红外成像技术、可见光图像处理与分析技术、电路板故障诊断技术进行研究,通过利用图像增强技术、图像平滑处理技术、图像的二值化处理技术等,对采集到的电路板图像进行滤波,平滑等预处理;利用差分热图法及序列热图法对电路板及其元器件温度特征变化进行分析和故障判定;采用基于Harris角点检测的方法实现电路板可见光图像和红外热图像的配准,进而实现红外热像检测下的故障定位于可见光图像之上,方便的查找故障发生的位置,直观的查看到故障元器件产生的现象。Based on the Multiple Images,the principles and methods of the circuit board fault diagnosis system are discussed,the technologies of infrared imaging,visible light image processing and analysis,and circuit board fault diagnosis are investigated.By using the image enhancement,the image smoothing,the image Binary processing technology,etc.,the collected circuit board images are pretreated by the filter and smooth method;the differential heat map method and sequence heat map method are used to analyze the temperature characteristics of the circuit boards components and determine the faults;The registration of the visible light image and the infrared thermal image of the circuit board is realized by the Harris corner detection method,then the method realizes the fault location under the infrared thermal image detection on the visible light image,which finds the location of the fault and intuitively views the resulting phenomenon of the faulty components.
