次氯酸钠发生器系统在龙岩水厂的应用

摘  要:龙岩市部分自来水厂在2018年开始将二氧化氯消毒工艺和液氯消毒工艺改为次氯酸钠发生器系统消毒工艺。本文分析对比了两个水厂改造前后一年的实际运行情况。结果表明使用次氯酸钠发生器系统不会降低消毒效果,水中微生物指标可达到《生活饮用水卫生标准》要求;较智能化,节省人工,管理简便;投加次氯酸钠溶液能提升出厂水pH值,减少NaOH溶液的使用量;消毒副产物指标均符合国家标准,并且处于较低水平;制取工艺安全稳定,原料购置储存方便;消毒工艺运行成本较低。改造后的次氯酸钠发生器系统消毒工艺有效稳定,安全可靠。Some waterworks in Longyan city began to change disinfection process of chlorine dioxide and liquid chlorine to sodium hypochlorite generator system in 2018.This paper analyzes and compares the actual operation of the two water plants in one year before and after the transformation.The results show that the use of sodium hypochlorite generator system will not reduce the disinfection effect,and the microbial indexes in water can meet the requirements of hygienic standard for drinking water;and it shows advantages of more intelligent,labor saving and simple management.Adding sodium hypochlorite solution can improve the pH value of factory water and reduce the use of NaOH solution.The indicators of disinfection by-products meet the national standards and the concentrations are at a low level.The preparation process is safe and stable,the purchase and storage of raw materials are convenient,and the operation cost of disinfection process is low.The modified disinfection process of sodium hypochlorite generator system is effective,stable,safe and reliable.
