摘 要:传统水平分型脱箱造型机以单(双)工位、射砂与成型压头压实为主,存在生产率、铸型紧实度低等问题。针对四工位水平脱箱造型机机架宽度大、多触头压实力大等特点,对其桁架部分进行优化设计。对于优化后的桁架模型进行强度校核,再利用有限元模拟软件进行静力学以及模态分析。优化后的桁架其最大变形量较原始方案下降了94.5%、最大等效应力下降了30.5%,均符合安全使用要求。桁架的前10阶振动频率与固有频率相差较大,不会发生共振现象。同时,优化后的桁架减少了材料使用量,降低了制造成本。The traditional horizontal parting and out-of-box molding machine is mainly based on single(double) station, sand shooting and forming head compaction, and there are problems such as low productivity and low compactness of the mold. Aiming at the characteristics of large frame width and multi-contact pressing force of the four-station horizontal out-of-box molding machine, the design of truss part has been optimized. The strength of the optimized truss model has been checked, and then the finite element simulation software has been used for static and modal analysis. By comparing with the original scheme, the maximum deformation of the optimized truss has been reduced by 94.5%, and the maximum equivalent stress has been reduced by 30.5%, all of which meet the requirements of safe use.The first 10 vibration frequencies of the truss are quite different from the natural frequencies, and resonance does not occur. Meanwhile, the optimized truss reduces material usage and manufacturing costs.
