摘 要:论述了铸造砂处理中,旧砂再生、破碎、冷却的工艺核心新装备与技术性能的共性与特性。对应用于自硬砂、粘土砂铸造工艺的废旧砂再生,选择合理简单的处理方式,以达到节约成本、改善工况环境的有效措施和提高资源再利用的综合效益。其目的是更好地认识旧砂再生的重要性、必要性。In the process of foundry sand preparation, the commonality and characteristics of the core new equipment and technical performance of the regeneration, crushing and cooling of old sand have been discussed. For the regeneration of waste sand used in self-setting sand and clay sand casting processes, reasonable and simple treatment methods have been selected to achieve effective measures to save costs, improve working conditions and improve the comprehensive benefits of resource reuse. The purpose is to better understand the importance and necessity of old sand regeneration.
