摘　　要：线材传统处理采用拉拔酸洗方式,效率低,严重污染环境。该线材抛丸机自带校直设备,线材经校直后经过前密封室进入抛丸室进行抛丸处理,之后从后密封室内送出,实现了线材的自动化抛丸处理,显著提高了线材的内在质量,优化了工件表面工艺状态,大大提高了清理效率,减轻了清理工作的劳动强度和对环境的污染。The traditional treatment of wire rods adopts the method of drawing and pickling, which has low efficiency with serious environment pollution. The wire shot blasting machine has its own straightening equipment. After straightening, the wire rod passes through the front sealing chamber and enters the shot blasting chamber for shot blasting treatment, and then is sent out from the rear sealing chamber which realizes the automatic shot blasting treatment of the wire rod and significantly improves the internal quality of wire rod. The process state of workpiece surface has been optimized, which greatly improves the cleaning efficiency, reduces the labor intensity of the cleaning work and the environment pollution.
