摘  要:为了达到C460材料的高强度和低温冲击性能及裂纹尖端张开位移(CTOD)试验合格,在碳当量(Ceq)<0.55、焊接敏感性指数(Pcm)≤0.28的条件下,通过对化学成分和热处理工艺的调整优化,最终确定了该材料的化学成分为:C%:0.10~0.13、Si%:0.30~0.45、Mn%:0.50~0.70、P%≤0.011、S%≤0.045、Cr%:0.45~0.70、Mo%:0.20~0.40、Ni%:1.8~2.2;热处理工艺采用退火+淬火+高温回火,使材料抗拉强度≥560MPa、屈服强度≥460MPa、延伸率≥18%、断面收缩率≥40%、-40℃平均冲击≥42J,裂纹尖端张开位移合格。In order to achieve high strength and low temperature impact properties of C460 material and pass the crack tip opening displacement(CTOD) test, under the conditions of carbon equivalent(Ceq) <0.55 and welding sensitivity index(Pcm) ≤ 0.28, by the adjustment and optimization of the chemical composition and heat treatment process, finally the chemical composition of the material has been determined as follows: C%: 0.10~0.13, Si%: 0.30~0.45, Mn%: 0.50~0.70, P%≤0.011, S%≤0.045, Cr %:0.45~0.70, Mo%: 0.20~0.40, Ni%: 1.8~2.2;the heat treatment process adopts: annealing + quenching +high temperature tempering, so that the properties of the material can reach: tensile strength ≥560MPa, yield strength ≥ 460MPa, elongation rate ≥ 18%, area shrinkage rate ≥ 40%, average impact at-40 ℃ ≥ 42J, crack tip opening displacement(CTOD) is qualified.
