摘  要:通过单独添加稀土元素和复合添加磷+锶+稀土研究两种变质剂对Al-25%Si合金的变质效果,再经重熔和选择不同模具研究变质剂的重熔性和冷却速度对变质效果的影响。结果表明:稀土元素的添加可同时实现对初晶硅和共晶硅的细化变质,当稀土加入量为0.8%时,初晶硅平均尺寸为45μm,共晶硅细化为颗粒状或短棒状。RE加入量为1.0%,锶加入量为0.8%,磷加入量为0.8%时,初晶硅平均尺寸为33μm,共晶硅为颗粒状或短棒状。P-Sr-RE复合变质时,具有很好重熔性能,重熔5次后,初晶硅平均尺寸均小于60μm,共晶硅平均尺寸均小于10μm。此外,变质效果受冷却速度的影响很小,不同模具浇注后合金的初晶硅平均尺寸均小于33μm,共晶硅均为细小的短棒状。The modification effect of two modifiers on Al-25%Si alloy has been studied by adding rare earth elements alone and adding phosphorus + strontium + rare earth in combination, and then by remelting and selecting different molds to study the effect of remelting and cooling rate of modifiers on the metamorphic effects. The results show that the addition of rare earth elements can realize the refinement and modification of primary silicon and eutectic silicon at the same time. When the addition of rare earth is 0.8%, the average size of primary silicon is 45 μm, and the eutectic silicon is refined into granular or short rod. When the addition amount of RE is 1.0%, the addition amount of strontium is0.8%, and the addition amount of phosphorus is 0.8%, the average size of primary silicon is 33 μm,and the eutectic silicon is granular or short rod. The P-Sr-RE has good remelting performance when it is compositely deteriorated. After 5 times of remelting, the average size of primary silicon is less than60 μm, and the average size of eutectic silicon is less than 10 μm. In addition, the modification effect is little affected by the cooling rate. The average size of the primary silicon of the alloys after casting in different molds is less than 33 μm, and the eutectic silicon is all small short rods.
