摘　　要：通五轴联动加工中心应用于泡沫模具的加工,改变了传统泡沫模具的手工拼接制作方式,更适合复杂模具的开发,提高了单件、小批量铸件模具的开发速度及尺寸精度;同时替代了部分木质模具及金属模具,降低了模具开发成本。The five-axis linkage machining center is used in the processing of foam mold, which changes the manual splicing and manufacturing method of traditional foam mold. It is more suitable for the development of complex mold, and improves the development speed and dimensional accuracy of single-piece and small-batch casting mold. Meanwhile, some wooden molds and metal molds have been replaced, which reduces the cost of mold development.
