摘  要:准噶尔盆地九区M井区石炭系油藏储层纵向跨度大、层多动用差、综合产能低,常规直井压裂技术难以实现区块高效开发。为增大改造体积和提高单井产能,基于工区储层物性特征和生产动态特征,建立了三维地质模型和三维地应力模型,通过水力压裂数值模拟分析,借鉴水平井体积压裂概念,提出了石炭系长直井段立体井网体积压裂设计方法,并分析了排量、砂量、簇间距等工程因素对储层裂缝的影响规律。现场试验表明,根据此优化方法对井区10口直井进行压裂改造,生产180 d后,综合产能比压裂前提高了40%以上。The Carboniferous reservoir in M well block of Area 9 in Junggar basin is characterized by large longitudinal span, multiple layers with poor production and low comprehensive productivity. It is difficult for conventional vertical well fracturing technology to achieve block efficient development. To increase the stimulated volume and improve the single well productivity, a three-dimensional geological model and three-dimensional in-situ stress model are established based on the reservoir physical properties and production performance. Based on the numerical simulation analysis and the concept of horizontal well SRV fracturing, the design method of well pattern stimulated reservoir volume fracturing in Carboniferous reservoir is put forward, and the influence of displacement, sand amount and cluster spacing is analyzed. The field tests show that after 180 days of production, the comprehensive productivity of 10 vertical wells in the well area increased by more than 40% compared with that before fracturing.
