摘  要:传统的井下影像测井方式是依靠井下电视自身重力下放,但井下电视进入复杂处理井水平段时存在较大困难,且不能实现对镜头的实时清洗,因此,急需水平井井下影像测井工艺解决上述技术难题,连续油管井下影像测井工艺应运而生。首先完成连续油管穿芯,然后完成滚筒的配套和改造,再者连接辅助冲洗工具及井下电视,最后以连续油管作为循环冲洗通道,实时清洗井下电视镜头及附近井筒,并通过连续油管将井下电视推入水平段,完成在水平段的影像拍摄作业。该项工艺在长庆油田s-XX井成功应用,拍摄到套管接箍变形的画面。连续油管和井下电视的结合应用,可为长庆区域老井改造和复杂井处理提供助力。The traditional imaging logging method relies on the gravity of the DHV itself, but it is difficult for the DHV to enter the horizontal section of the complex processing well, and it is impossible to realize the real-time flushing of the lens. Therefore, it is urgent for horizontal well imaging logging technology to solve the above technical problems, and the coiled tubing downhole imaging logging technology comes into being. First of all, under pumping conditions, spool the logging cable from one end of coiled tubing to another end, then complete matching and transformation of reel, moreover, through coiled tubing and cable, connecting auxiliary flushing tools and DHV, finally, use coiled tubing as circulation flushing channel, real-time cleaning the lens of DHV and the wellbore near the lens of DHV, and push the DHV into the horizontal section through coiled tubing, to complete the image shooting operation at the horizontal section. This technique has been successfully applied in s-xx well of Changqing oilfield, and the picture of casing collar deformation has been captured by the combination of coiled tubing and DHV, which can provide reference for old well reconstruction and complex well treatment in Changqing area.
