摘 要:减扭防磨工具可以将钻杆与套管间的摩擦转化为工具本体与其旋转外套间的摩擦,有效传递施工扭矩、降低套管磨损达到减小施工扭矩和保护套管的目的。文章在对国内外减扭防磨工具结构特点及现场应用情况分析的基础上研制了一种长寿命、高效的全金属减扭防磨工具,并对减扭防磨工具的抗拉、抗扭强度进行了测试,室内试验结果表明,工具的抗拉强度能达到3 550 kN、抗扭强度达到125 kN·m,满足现场钻井安全要求。减扭防磨工具在大港油田4口井进行了现场实验,工具累计工作时间达到1 280 h无故障,同一井深减扭防磨工具应用前后施工实测扭矩最高降低29%,减扭效果明显,解决了现场因钻井扭矩过大造成的各种复杂事故,为提高大斜度井、大位移井钻压与驱动扭矩传递效率提供了有效的技术手段。The torque-reducing and anti-galling tool can transform the friction between the drill pipe and the casing into the friction between the tool body and its rotating sleeve, which can effectively transfer the operating torque and reduce the casing wear so as to achieve the purpose of reducing the operating torque and protective casing. Based on the analysis of the structural characteristics and field applications of torque-reducing and anti-galling tool at home and abroad, this paper develops a long-life and high-efficiency all-metal manufactured torque-reducing and anti-galling tool. Tested the tensile and torsional strength of the torque-reducing and anti-galling tool. Laboratory test results show that the tensile strength of the tool reaches 3 550 kN and the torsional strength reaches 125 kN·m, which meets the safety requirements of on-site drilling. The torque-reducing and anti-galling tool conducted on-site experiments in four wells in Dagang Oilfield. The trail results show that the cumulative working time of the tool reaches 1 280 hours without failure, the measured torque of the same well depth before and after the application of torque-reducing and anti-galling tool has been reduced by up to 29%, the torsional reduction effect is obvious, which solves all kinds of complex accidents caused by excessive drilling torque on site, and provides an effective technical means for improving the WOB and drilling torque transmission efficiency of large deviated wells and extended reach wells.
