共同富裕战略与中国现代国家的再建构

摘　　要：共同富裕战略已成为党与国家重大的政治举措,并通过精准扶贫等系列政策来落实,可以实现人民国家、民族国家、政党国家三种国家形态的同构共生。其一,人民国家体现为共同富裕战略把人口带回市场、社会与国家,保证国家权力的人民性;其二,民族国家体现为共同富裕战略凸显中央权力,推动社会整合,重塑民族形象;其三,政党国家体现为共同富裕战略对中国共产党权力角色的强化、普遍同意的夯实、组织状态的形塑。三种国家形态的同构共生,可以揭示中国现代国家建构的国家-人民-民族-政党“四位一体”机制,并拓展当代国家理论的讨论边界。The strategy of shared prosperity has become an important political measure of the CPC and the Government,which is implemented through poverty alleviation and other policies.It can realize the isomorphic symbiosis of the three forms of a state:the people-state,the nation-state and the party-state.First,the people-state is embodied in the strategy of shared prosperity,which brings people back to the market,the society and the country,and it ensures the popularity of the state power;second,the nation-state is embodied in the strategy of shared prosperity,highlighting the central power,promoting social integration and reshaping the national image;third,the party-state is embodied in the strategy of shared prosperity,strengthening the power role of the CPC,consolidating the foundation of general consensus,and shaping the CPC's organizational form.The isomorphic symbiosis of the forms of three states can reveal the“four-in-one”mechanism of the state-people-nation-party in the construction of China as a modern state,and expand the theoretical discussion of the contemporary state.
