摘 要:针对各油田在用的三相分离器体积大、投资高、操作复杂的弊端,研发新型气-液-固三相分离器,缩小分离器的结构尺寸,并实现降低分离器体积以及提升分离效率的目的。通过流场分析可知:分离器最佳溢流分流比为0.6,底流分流比为0.35,最佳处理量为4.83 m^(3)/h,且该分离器在低黏度流体条件下具有较高的分离效率;通过室内实验对流场分析的结果进行验证,分离器在溢流分流比0.6、处理量1.1 m^(3)/h时达到最佳分离效率,可实现较好的脱气除砂效果。该新型气-液-固三相分离器结构简单、分离性能优越,可减少油田地面集输工艺流程及设备,降低采出液的处理成本,达到降本增效的目的。Aiming at the disadvantages of large volume,high investment,and complex operation of three-phase separators used in various oilfields,a new type of gas-liquid-solid three-phase separator is developed.The structure size of the separator is reduced,and the bidirectional optimization of reducing the volume of the separator and improving the separation efficiency is realized.The flow field analysis shows that the optimal overflow diversion ratio is 0.6,the underflow diversion ratio is 0.35,and the optimal treatment capacity is 4.83 m^(3)/h,the separator has high separation efficiency under the condition of low viscosity fluid.The results of flow field analysis are verified by laboratory tests.The separator achieves the best separation efficiency when the overflow diversion ratio is 0.6 and the treatment capacity is 1.1 m^(3)/h,which can enable better degassing and sand removal.The new gas-liquid-solid threephase separator has a simple structure and excellent separation performance.It can reduce the process flow and equipment of oilfield surface gathering and transportation,reduce the treatment cost of produced liquid and realize the purpose of reducing cost reduction and increasing efficiency.
