摘 要:松南气田开发中后期,多数气井因压力递减至处理系统运行压力以下而只能增压生产,为此,拟通过降低处理系统运行压力,缓解气井压力递减和处理系统高压运行之间的矛盾,降低气田生产成本。基于酸气负荷计算模型确定了处理系统降压阶段合理运行压力;采用Aspen HYSYS软件建立脱碳装置仿真模型,以保证产品气质量为前提,降低生产能耗为优化目标,确定了在降压运行阶段脱碳装置原料气温度、贫液温度、溶液循环量、溶液质量浓度、重沸器控制温度主要工艺参数的优化控制方案;此外,针对松南气田面临的原料气含碳量上涨问题,确定了相应的优化运行方案。松南气田降压运行的成功实施验证了处理系统降压运行的可行性,而且通过对脱碳装置降压运行阶段效率提升的系统研究,为松南气田降压运行后平稳、高效、绿色、节能运行提供有力的技术支撑,并为行业内其他酸性气田开发中后期集输处理系统优化提供了参考。In the middle and late stages of development of Songnan Gas Field,most gas wells can only produce by pressurization due to their pressure drop below the operating pressure of the treatment system.Songnan Gas Field plans to lower the operation pressure of the treatment system to alleviate the contradiction between the pressure decline of gas wells and the high operating pressure of treatment system,which will reduce the production cost accordingly.In this paper,the reasonable operating pressure in the depressurization stage is determined by the acid gas load calculation model,the simulation model of the decarbonization unit is established by Aspen HYSYS software.On the premise of ensuring the gas product quality and aiming at reducing the production energy consumption,the optimal control scheme of the main process parameters of the decarbonization unit in the depressurization operation stage is determined,including the temperature of the raw material,the temperature of the lean liquid,the volume of the solution circulation,the mass concentration of the solution,and the control temperature of the reboiler.In addition,a corresponding optimized operation scheme is determined for the rising carbon content of raw gas in Songnan Gas Field.Through the successful implementation of the depressurization operation in Songnan Gas Field,the feasibility of the depressurization operation of the treatment system is verified.In addition,the systematic study on the efficiency improvement of the decarbonization unit in the depressurization operation stage provides strong technical support for the stable,efficient,green,and energy-saving operation of Songnan Gas Field after depressurization operation,and provides reference for the optimization of gathering and transportation system in the middle and late development period of other acid gas fields in the industry.
