摘  要:针对胜利油田地面管线的实际,设计了内衬管线的连接结构。利用Solidworks软件设计了地面内衬管线由壬连接模型,应用ANSYS有限元软件分析得出由壬连接最优连接螺纹参数,并得出连接管的根数受温度热胀冷缩影响;为解决热胀冷缩影响,设计了可伸缩的由壬连接结构,可为油田地面管线的建设与安全防护提供一定的指导。In this paper,according to the actual situation of surface pipelines in Shengli Oilfield,the connecting structure of inner lined pipeline is designed.The union connection model of the ground inner lined pipeline is designed by Solidworks software,the optimal connection thread parameters are obtained by ANSYS finite element software,and it is concluded that the number of connecting pipes is affected by heat expansion and cold contraction.In order to solve the problem of heat expansion and cold contraction,a retractable union connection structure is designed.The results of this study can provide a certain reference for the construction and safety protection of oilfield surface pipelines.
