摘  要:三元复合驱采出液成分复杂,电脱水器绝缘部件在三元复合驱采出液中使用周期短,是影响三元复合驱电脱水器平稳运行的瓶颈之一,造成电脱水器运行时率低,绝缘组件频繁更换,生产维护成本高。通过接触角和表面压研究了电脱水器绝缘部件聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)表面对烷基苯磺酸钠表面活性剂的吸附性能,确定烷基苯磺酸钠通过氢键力物理吸附在PTFE表面,使表面性质由亲油向亲水转变。聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)同样也通过氢键力吸附在PTFE表面,改变了表面性质,增加了小水滴和其他极性颗粒在表面的吸附沉积。当PTFE表面吸附表面活性剂和PAM时,使原本非极性表面变成极性表面,对水分子和杂质颗粒的吸引力强,表面电导性增加,是PTFE绝缘部件污染的内在因素。The composition of ASP flooding produced fluid is complicated,and the usage life of insulation parts of electric dehydrators is short in ASP flooding produced fluid.This is one of the bottlenecks that affect the smooth operation of electric dehydrators,which causes a low run time rate of electric dehydrators,frequent replacement of insulation components,and high production and maintenance costs.This paper researches the adsorption performance of sodium alkylbenzene sulfonate surfactant on the surface of polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)through contact angle and surface pressure.Studies confirm that sodium alkyl benzene sulfonate is physically adsorbed on the surface of polytetrafluoroethylene through hydrogen bonding force to change the surface properties from lipophilic to hydrophilic.Polyacrylamide(PAM)also adsorbs on the surface of polytetrafluoroethylene through hydrogen bonding force to change the surface properties and increase the adsorption and deposition of small water droplets and other polar particles on the surface.When the surface of polytetrafluoroethylene adsorbs surfactants and polyacrylamide,the original non-polar surface becomes a polar surface,which has a strong attraction to water molecules and impurity particles,and the surface conductivity increases.Consequently,these are the internal factors of PTFE insulation parts pollution.
