摘　　要：为明确某污水处理有限公司职业病危害因素种类及其危害程度,了解其职业病危害现状,有效控制和消除公司职业病危害。采用现场调查法、检测分析法、职业健康检查法和检查表法对其职业病危害现状进行定性和定量评价。调查发现,该公司存在的职业病危害因素有氯气、氨、硫化氢、噪声及工频电场,职业病危害因素检测结果均未超过国家职业接触限值。现场调查发现,该公司未按照要求在职业危害较严重位置设置安全警示标识及职业危害因素告知栏,未配备急救药箱,未组织员工进行上岗前、在岗期间及离岗时职业健康检查;其在职业卫生管理方面多有不足之处,职业卫生管理情况不符合《职业病防治法》《工作场所职业卫生监督管理规定》(安监总局令第47号)等法律法规的要求,需进一步完善。To clarify the types of occupational disease hazards and their degree of hazard in a sewage treatment company, are aimed to understand the current status and effectively control and eliminate its occupational hazards. The methods of on-site investigation, detection and analysis, occupational health examination and checklist were used to evaluate the current situation of occupational hazards qualitatively and quantitatively. The occupational hazards of the research objects include chlorine, ammonia, hydrogen sulfide, noise and power frequency electric fields. After investigation, the results of occupational hazards in the study subjects did not exceed the national occupational exposure limit.Through on-site investigations, the research subjects did not install safety warning signs and occupational hazard factor notification boards in locations with more serious occupational hazards, did not have first aid kits, and did not organize employees to conduct occupational health inspections before, during, and after they left their posts. There were many shortcomings in occupational health management, and the occupational health management situation does not meet the requirements of the "Occupational Disease Prevention and Control Law", "Workplace Occupational Health Supervision and Management Regulations" (General Administration of Work Safety Order No. 47) and other laws and regulations, which need to be further improved.
