摘  要:以利用先进技术而得到优质西门塔尔牛个体为目标,同时,为了推进西门塔尔牛改良效率和大力推进先进技术在农区内的辐射力度,新和县在农区初次进行西门塔尔牛胚胎移植试验。对试验母牛进行同期发情和胚胎移植处理之后,分析胚胎移植受胎率,判断该县在农区初次进行的胚胎移植试验效果。结果显示该县初次胚胎移植试验受胎率为25.3%,双犊率为5.2%。得出结论:通过改善传统的饲养管理模式、提高专业技术队伍的实践经验和完善试验场所的环境,可以有效提高胚胎移植试验受胎率,最终得到理想的试验结果和实现先进技术在农区内的辐射和利用力度。In order to obtain high-quality Simmental cattle individuals by the advanced technology, at the same time, promote the improvement efficiency and to vigorously accelerate the radiation of advanced technology in agricultural areas, embryo transfer experiment of Simmental cattle in the agricultural area was carried out for the first time. After the simultaneous estrus and embryo transfer of the experimental cows, the embryo transfer rate was analyzed to explore the effect of the first embryo transfer experiment.The results showed that the conception rate was 25.3% and the twin calf rate was 5.2%. By improving the traditional feeding management mode, enriching the practical experience of professional technical team and perfecting the experimental environments, the conception rate of embryo transfer experiment could be effectively improved,and the perfect experimental results would be finally obtained and the radiation and utilization of advanced technology in agricultural areas would be realized.
