摘  要:牛结核病在新疆的发病率一直都比较高,严重威胁公共卫生安全。在实际生产中采用多种不同诊断方法对牛结核病进行诊断具有重要意义。本试验采用牛型结核分枝杆菌PPD皮内变态反应对2020年度阿勒泰地区的8580头牛进行普检,对初筛检测出的4份阳性样品和2份可疑样品,与随机抽取的100份阴性牛样品共106份,采用体外检测γ-干扰素法、PCR方法分别与牛型结核分枝杆菌PPD皮内变态反应试验进行比较,分析不同方法的优点和缺陷。结果显示,牛型结核分枝杆菌PPD皮内变态反应试验检测牛结核阳性检出率为5.66%(6/106);体外检测γ-干扰素法与PCR方法检测阳性检出率均为4.72%(5/106),牛型结核分枝杆菌PPD皮内变态反应是我国动物结核病检疫的行业标准,操作简单、成本较低,被广泛应用于基层一线,但试验结果的可靠性还需要不断优化,体外检测γ-干扰素法和PCR检测方法的敏感性及特异性均较高,都可以作为牛结核病的辅助确诊方法,可以有效降低非特异性反应带来的假阳性问题。The incidence of bovine tuberculosis is always high in Xinjiang, which threatens the Public Health Security seriously. Therefore, it is of great significance to use many different diagnostic methods to diagnose bovine tuberculosis in actual production.In this study, 8580 cattle in Altay in 2020 were tested by indermal allergic reaction of Mycobacterium bovine tuberculosis(PPD). The 4 positive samples and 2 suspicious samples detected in the initial screening were 106 samples, which were compared with 100 randomly selected negative samples. The advantages and disadvantages of the different methods were compared with the intradermal allergic reaction test of Mycobacterium bovis type tuberculosis(PPD) by IFN-γ. and PCR.The results showed that the positive rate of bovine tuberculosis detected by PPD was 5.66%(6/106). The positive rate of IFN-γ.method and PCR method in vitro was 4.72%(5/106),cattle mycobacterium tuberculosis tuberculosis quarantine PPD intradermal allergy is the industry standard, simple operation, low cost, are widely used in a line at the grass-roots level, but from the reliability of the test results also need to continuously optimize, gamma interferon method in vitro were tested and the sensitivity and specificity of PCR detection method was high, Both can be used as auxiliary diagnostic methods for bovine tuberculosis, which can effectively reduce the false positive problems caused by non-specific reactions.
