摘 要:基于国内外船舶设备健康管理技术发展现状,针对机舱辅机种类繁多、功能多样、涉及技术面广等特点,分析机舱辅机主要故障形态,提出机舱辅机健康管理系统设计的总体思路和方法;并以船舶减摇鳍装置为例,建立了完善的健康管理系统,为我国船舶与海洋工程健康管理技术发展提供参考。Based on the development status of marine equipment health management technology at home and abroad,aiming at the characteristics of various types,functions and wide technical scope of engine-room auxiliary machinery,The main fault forms of engine room auxiliaries are analyzed,and the overall idea and method of engine room auxiliaries health management system design are put forward.Taking ship fin stabilizer as an example,a complete health management system is established,which provides a reference for the development of ship and marine engineering health management technology in China.
