儿童厌食症应用锌硒宝联合中医推拿、穴位贴敷治疗的临床效果

摘　　要：目的 针对儿童厌食症患者使用锌硒宝联合中医推拿和穴位贴敷的方案进行治疗,研究其进一步改善儿童厌食问题的效果。方法 选取本院2018年6月至2019年6月收治的108例儿童厌食症患者作为研究对象,根据建档时间不同分为观察组(n=54)和对照组(n=54)。对照组患者实行锌硒宝治疗,观察组患儿则使用锌硒宝联合中医推拿和穴位贴敷的方案,对比儿童的食欲状况。结果 从治疗上看,观察组儿童的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。与此同时,在儿童食欲、食量的评分中,观察组结果优于对照组(P<0.05)。此外,在血钙、血锌水平的对比中,观察组患者的上升幅度优于对照组(P<0.05)。最后,在治疗安全性的观察中,两组患儿均未出现异常,也没有用药引起的不良反应,具有安全性保障。结论 采用锌硒宝联合中医推拿和穴位贴敷的方案治疗儿童厌食症效果较好,可有效地提升微量元素水平,且有助于缓解临床症状,安全性也能够得到保障,具有可推广价值。Objective In the experiment, children with anorexia will be treated with zinc and selenium treasure combined with traditional Chinese medicine massage and acupoint application, so as to further improve children’s anorexia. Methods A total of 108 children with anorexia admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected as research objects, which were divided into observation group(n=54) and control group(n=54) according to difierent filing time. Patients in the control group were treated with zinc and selenium treasure, while children in the observation group were treated with zinc and selenium treasure combined with traditional Chinese medicine massage and acupoint application to compare their appetite. Results From the point of view of treatment, the total efiective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Meanwhile, in the scores of children’s appetite and food intake, the results of the observation group are better than those of the control group(P<0.05). In addition, in the comparison of blood calcium and blood zinc levels, the rising range of patients in the observation group is better than that in the control group(P<0.05). Finally, in the observation of treatment safety, there was no abnormality in the two groups of children, and there was no adverse reaction caused by medication, which was safe. Conclusion The treatment of anorexia in children with zinc-selenium-treasure combined with traditional Chinese medicine massage and acupoint application has a good efiect, can efiectively improve the level of trace elements,and is helpful to relieve clinical symptoms, and its safety can also be guaranteed, which is worthy of popularization.
