康复护理模式对老年高血压患者血压控制效果的影响

摘　　要：目的 分析老年高血压血压控制采用康复护理后的具体情况,并验证此项护理模式的有效性、安全性。方法 选择医院于2018年3月至2019年10月收治的100例老年高血压患者为研究对象,将所有患者按照护理方法的不同分为两组,即对照组(50例,给予基础护理模式)和观察组(50例,给予康复护理模式)。对两组患者护理完成后的效果进行收集和分析,将相关数据予以统计分析。结果 观察组患者的护理效果优于对照组,各项评分改善情况显著优于对照组,血压水平明显低于对照组,生活质量评分明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 针对老年高血压患者采用精细化、针对性强的康复护理模式能够有效降低血压,可在提升护理质量的同时提升提高患者生活质量。Objective To analyze the specific situation of elderly hypertensive blood pressure control after rehabilitation nursing, and to verify the efiectiveness and safety of this nursing model. Methods A total of 100 elderly patients with hypertension treated in our hospital from March 2018to October 2019 were selected as the research object. According to difierent nursing methods, all patients were divided into two groups according to the number of people, control group(50 cases, given basic nursing mode) and observation group(50 cases, given rehabilitation nursing mode). The efiects of the two groups of patients after nursing were collected and analyzed, and the relevant data were statistically analyzed and summarized.Results The nursing efiect of the observation group was better than that of the control group, the improvement of various scores was significantly better than that of the control group, the blood pressure level was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the quality of life score was significantly higher than that of the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion The refined and targeted rehabilitation nursing model for elderly hypertensive patients can efiectively reduce blood pressure, and improve the quality of life of patients while improving the quality of nursing.
