基于用户行为分析的老年人厨房家电设计研究

摘　　要：文章对老年人厨房家电的行为特点进行探索,深入挖掘行为实施过程中的痛点及需求点,进而提出指导老年人厨房家电的设计思路。研究以用户行为分析为理论基础,通过访谈法与观察法对用户行为进行定性研究,建立用户行为测量模型,并结合SPSS(Statistical Product and Service Solutions,统计产品与服务解决方案,简称SPSS)统计分析法对收集到的模型数据进行定量实证,最终得出三类行为族群作为研究方向,以指导产品的功能设计。基于老年人使用行为分析的老年人厨房家电设计,能够进一步细分厨房家电市场,提升老年群体在厨房家电使用过程中的良好体验,也有助于开拓老年人厨房家电市场。This paper explores the behavior characteristics of kitchen appliances for the elderly,deeply excavates the pain points and demand points in the process of behavior implementation,and then puts forward the design methods to guide the elderly kitchen appliances.Based on the theoretical basis of user behavior analysis,this study conducted qualitative research on user behavior through interview method and observation method,established user behavior measurement model,and carried out quantitative empirical demonstration on the collected model data with SPSS statistical analysis method.Finally,three behavioral groups are obtained as research directions to guide the functional design of products.The design of kitchen appliances for the elderly based on the analysis of the use behavior of the elderly can further subdivide the kitchen appliance market,improve the good experience of the elderly in the process of using kitchen appliances,and also helps to develop the market for kitchen appliances for the elderly.
