摘 要:为提升船舶废热驱动的喷射式制冷系统的能源利用率,基于系统实验样机的运行性能数据,对船舶废热驱动的喷射式制冷系统进行高等分析,全面考察分析系统各部件的外源和内源损失以及可避免和不可避免损失。结果表明,系统部件的优化顺序依次为蒸发器、喷射器、冷凝器、发生器、节流阀、工质泵,蒸发器具有最大的优化潜能。与传统分析结果的比较表明,高等分析能够为船舶废热驱动的喷射式制冷系统的优化提供更加明确的指导。In order to improve the energy efficiency of the ejector refrigeration system driven by the ship waste heat,based on the operation performance data of the system experimental prototype,the advanced exergy analysis of the ejector refrigeration system driven by the ship waste heat is carried out.The analysis comprehensively examines the exogenous and endogenous exergy loss,the avoidable and unavoidable exergy loss of each component in the system.The results show that,the sequence of optimization of system components is the evaporator,the ejector,the condenser,the generator,the throttle,and the working fluid pump.The evaporator is of the greatest optimization potential.Compared with the results of the traditional exergy analysis,it indicates that the advanced exergy analysis can provide clearer guidance for the optimization of the ejector refrigeration system driven by the ship waste heat.
