摘 要:以氯乙酸、二乙烯三胺、三乙烯四胺及多乙烯多胺等为原料合成了羧甲基多乙烯多胺黏土稳定剂,以合成的黏土稳定剂的防膨率为考察指标,通过单因素实验优化了羧甲基多乙烯多胺黏土稳定剂的合成条件。通过防膨实验、岩屑回收实验、耐冲刷实验、热重分析、激光粒度分析、XRD分析及扫描电镜分析等评价了羧甲基多乙烯多胺黏土稳定剂的防膨性能,阐述了其防膨作用机理。实验结果表明,经羧甲基多乙烯多胺处理过的膨润土与水处理过的膨润土相比粒径显著增大,层间距减小,表现出良好的抑制黏土矿物水化分散性能、防膨性能、耐温性能和长效性。合成的3种羧甲基多乙烯多胺黏土稳定剂中羧甲基三乙烯四胺的综合性能最好。The carboxymethyl polyethylene polyamine clay stabilizers were synthesized by reactions of chloroacetic acid with diethylenetriamine,triethylenetetramine and polyethylene polyamine respectively.The synthesis conditions of carboxymethyl polyethylene polyamine clay stabilizers were optimized by single factor experiment with the anti-swelling rate of the clay stabilizers as indicator.The anti-swelling performance of carboxymethyl polyethylene polyamine clay stabilizers was evaluated by anti-swelling experiment,debris recovery experiment,flushing resistance experiment,thermogravimetric analysis,laser particle size analysis,XRD analysis and SEM analysis.The anti-swelling mechanism of the clay stabilizers is expounded.The experimental results show that compared with the bentonite treated with distilled water,the bentonite treated with carboxymethyl polyethylene polyamine clay stabilizers has larger particle size and smaller interlayer spacing,and it shows good clay mineral hydration and dispersion inhibition performance,anti-swelling performance,temperature resistance and long-term effect.Among the three synthesized clay stabilizers,carboxymethyl triethylenetetramine has the best comprehensive performance.
