摘  要:抽油成本控制对油田开采具有重要意义,尤其对处于低渗透或超低渗透状态的油井更是如此。为此,本文针对油田生产中的成本控制问题,通过分析影响油田油井效益的产油收益、用电成本等相关因素,获得单井效益关系。结合周期平均泵效与平均沉没度关系,构建周期平均沉没度与最佳转速匹配模型。在此基础上,进行应用方法研究与误差分析。结果表明,在周期平均沉没度误差不超过1%的前提下,获得的最佳转速相对误差小于0.73%。The control of pumping cost is of great significance for oilfield production,especially for the oil wells with low or ultra-low permeability.Therefore,the single-well benefit relationship is obtained by analyzing related factors such as oil production income and power consumption cost that affect the benefit of oil wells in the oil field.Combining the relationship between periodic average pumping efficiency and average submergence depth,a matching model of the periodic average submergence depth and the optimum speed is established.On this basis,the studies on the application method and calculation error of the model are carried out.The results show that the relative error of the optimum speed obtained is less than 0.73%under the premise that the error of the period average submergence depth does not exceed 1%.
