摘　　要：目的探讨抗血小板抗体阳性率与不孕症患者关系。方法对489例不孕症患者,其中原发性不孕症323例(原发不孕组),继发性不孕症166例(继发不孕组),以同期行健康体检者为对照组(n=521)。采用固相凝集法进行血小板抗体检测,比较各组抗血小板抗体阳性率。结果不孕症患者抗血小板抗体阳性率为9.61%,高于对照组的2.30%(χ2=24.49,P<0.01)。继发不孕组的抗血小板抗体阳性率水平明显高于原发不孕组(13.86%比7.43%,χ2=5.21、P<0.05)。结论抗血小板抗体阳性与不孕症发生密切相关,且继发性不孕症阳性率高于原发性不孕。Objective To investigate the correlation between antiplatelet antibody-positive rate and infertility.Methods A total of 489 infertile patients were divided into two groups:primary infertility group(323 cases)and secondary infertility group(166 cases).Simultaneously,521 healthy subjects were selected as the control group.The antiplatelet antibody was detected by solid-phase agglutination method to compare the positive rate between different groups.Results The positive rate of antiplatelet antibody in infertility patients was higher than that in healthy subjects(9.61%vs 2.30%,χ2=24.49,P<0.01),and that in secondary infertility group was higher than that in primary infertility group(13.86%vs 7.43%,χ2=5.21,P<0.05).Conclusion The antiplatelet antibody is closely related to the occurrence of infertility,and its positive rate in patients with secondary infertility is higher than that in those with primary infertility.
