摘　　要：目的探讨激励式心理干预对尿道下裂患儿家长负性情绪的改善效果。方法选取江西省儿童医院泌尿外科2019年1月至2020年6月收治的80例尿道下裂患儿家长为研究对象,按随机数字表法分成试验组和对照组各40例,对照组给予常规护理,试验组在对照组基础上增加激励式心理干预。于干预前(入院当天)收集2组一般资料、患儿家长的焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)得分,并于干预后(术后第3天)收集2组患儿家长的SAS和SDS得分及护理服务满意度。结果试验组SAS得分[(43.83±7.86)分比(47.33±6.12)分]和SDS得分[(39.23±7.37)分比(45.03±6.49)分]均低于对照组(均P<0.05);试验组护理服务满意度高于对照组(97.50%比77.50%,P<0.05)。结论激励式心理干预可有效减轻尿道下裂患儿家长负性情绪,提高护理服务满意度。Objective To explore the effect of motivational psychological intervention on negative emotions of the parents of children with hypospadias.Methods The parents of 80 hypospadias children treated in Jiangxi Children’s Hospital from January 2019 to June 2020 were randomly given routine nursing care alone(control group,n=40)or in combination with motivational psychological intervention(experimental group,n=40).Before intervention(on the day of admission),the general data were collected and the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)were measured in both groups.In addition,SAS and SDS scores and nursing service satisfaction were determined after intervention(at day 3 after operation).ResultsThe scores of SAS and SDS in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group((43.83±7.86)vs(47.33±6.12)and(39.23±7.37)vs(45.03±6.49),respectively)(P<0.05).The satisfaction with nursing service in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(97.50%vs 77.50%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Motivational psychological intervention can effectively alleviate the negative emotions of the parents of children with hypospadias and improve the satisfaction with nursing service.
