戴明循环管理联合ABC管理健康宣教在妊娠期高血压的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨戴明循环管理联合ABC管理健康宣教在妊娠期高血压(HDCP)的应用效果。方法选取HDCP患者162例,按随机数字表法分为2组:对照组81例予以常规护理干预,联合组81例予以戴明循环管理联合ABC管理健康宣教干预。比较2组干预前后广泛焦虑性量表(GAD-7)评分、血压(舒张压、收缩压)及干预后母婴结局。结果与干预前比较,2组干预后GAD-7评分、舒张压、收缩压均显著降低,且联合组干预后上述指标降低更为明显(均P<0.05)。与对照组比较,联合组干预后剖宫产率、早产率、胎内窘迫发生率显著降低,自然分娩率显著升高(均P<0.05);与对照组比较,联合组干预后新生儿窒息发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论戴明循环管理与ABC管理健康宣教联合应用后可显著改善HDCP患者焦虑状态,帮助患者控制血压水平,提高患者自然分娩率,减少不良母婴结局发生率。Objective To explore the efficacy of Daiming cycle management combined with ABC management health education in hypertensive disorders complicating pregnancy(HDCP).Methods A total of 162 HDCP patients were randomly assigned to receive either routine nursing intervention(control group,n=81)or combined Daiming cycle management and ABC management health education(combined group,n=81).The Generalized Anxiety Disorder 7-item(GAD-7)scale score,diastolic and systolic blood pressure,and maternal and infant outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,GAD-7 score,diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure significantly decreased in both groups,and the decrease in the combined group was more obvious than that in the control group(P<0.05).In addition,compared with the control group,the rates of cesarean section,premature delivery and fetal distress were reduced and the rate of natural delivery was elevated in the combined group after intervention(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of neonatal asphyxia between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of Daming cycle management and ABC management health education for DHCP can improve anxiety state,control blood pressure,increase natural delivery rate,and reduce the incidence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes.
