摘  要:目前的井控标准规定压力等级为70 MPa和105 MPa,井口装置组合包括单四通和双四通两种方式,但未明确双四通的具体安装位置。双四通中间安装一套半封闸板,若关闭半封闸板,则只能使用下四通的两条通道放喷,高压高产条件下难以满足放喷需求。双四通串联安装,可以根据井口压力确定开启放喷通道的数量,紧急情况下可同时使用双四通的4条通道放喷,有利于降低井口压力。因此,对于新区域的超深高压探井,在使用复合钻杆条件下,建议采用双四通串联安装的方式,有利于保障井口安全。In the current well control standard, it is stipulated that the pressure levels are 70 MPa and 105 MPa. The wellhead device includes two kinds of single spool and double spools, but the specific installation position of the double spools is not stipulated. A set of half-closed ram preventer is installed between the double spools. If the half-closed ram preventer is closed, only two channels of the lower spool can be used for blowout, which is difficult to meet the blowout demand under the condition of high pressure and high yield.It the double spools are installed in series, the number of blowout channels can be determined according to the wellhead pressure. In case of emergency, the four channels of double spools can be used for blowout at the same time, which is conducive to reducing the wellhead pressure. Therefore, for the ultra-deep high-pressure exploration wells in the new area, it is recommended to adopt the series installation mode of double spools under the condition of using composite drill pipe, which is conducive to ensuring the wellhead safety.
