摘  要:目的:建立高效液相色谱法(HPLC)指纹图谱方法评价五味子药材质量,指认其中13 种木脂素成分,建立指纹图谱共有模式,评价五味子药材质量。方法:使用Luna C18 色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),流动相为水(A)-乙腈(B),梯度条件为:0~20 min,55%A→35%A;20~26 min,35%A;26~50 min,35%A→25%A。检测波长为220 nm。采用HPLC指纹图谱分析14批五味子药材。通过SPSS系统聚类分析,将五味子药材划分为两类,Ⅰ类为推荐品,Ⅱ类为一般品。取Ⅰ类推荐品药材建立共有模式,采用国家药典委员会“中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统”处理软件,计算各批药材与共有模式间的相似度,规定相似度在0.90以上的五味子药材为推荐品。结果:结果表明,除9号产地药材外均为推荐品。结论:该HPLC指纹图谱方法可用于评价五味子药材质量。Objective:The HPLC fingerprint of Schisandra chinensis was established and 13 components were identified.Methods:Luna C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) was used.The mobile phase is water (A)-acetonitrile (B),gradient elution procedure is:0-20 min,55%A→35%A;20-26 min,35%A;26-50 min,35%A→25%A.The detection wavelength is 220 nm.HPLC fingerprints were used to analyze 14 batches of Schisandra chinensis.By SPSS cluster analysis,14 batches of Schisandra chinensis were divided into two categories,among which category Ⅰ was recommended and category Ⅱ was general.Chinese herbal medicines in category Ⅰ were selected to establish a common model.The similarity between the samples and the common model was calculated by the software of chromatogram fingerprint processing stipulated by the pharmacopoeia committee.It was considered that Schisandra chinensis with similarity above 0.90 was recommended.Results:The evaluation results showed that they were all recommended products,except No.9.Conclusion:The HPLC fingerprint analytical method can be used for evaluating the quality of Schisandra chinensis.
