复方灵芝降糖胶囊联合西格列汀对糖尿病患者胰岛功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨复方灵芝降糖胶囊联合西格列汀对糖尿病患者胰岛功能的影响。方法:选择2018年9月至2020年9月宁河区中医医院收治的118例糖尿病患者应用双色球法随机分为西药组和联合组,各59例。西药组口服西格列汀进行治疗,联合组在西药组基础上口服复方灵芝降糖胶囊进行治疗。比较分析两组临床疗效、不良反应发生情况及治疗前后的血糖和血脂水平、胰岛功能相关参数。结果:联合组总有效率(98.31%)比西药组(83.05%)高(P<0.05)。治疗后,相比西药组,联合组的空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平更低(P<0.05),联合组的高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平更高(P<0.05)。治疗后,相比西药组,联合组空腹胰岛素(FINS)、C肽(C-P)、胰高血糖素(GC)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)水平显著更低;胰岛β细胞功能指数(HOMA-β)水平显著更高(P<0.05)。西药组和联合组的不良反应发生率分别为5.08%和6.78%,两者相近(P>0.05)。结论:应用复方灵芝降糖胶囊联合西格列汀治疗糖尿病患者效果显著,明显降低血糖和血脂水平,改善胰岛功能相关参数,安全性较高。Objective:To investigate the effect of fufang lingzhi jiangtang capsules combined with sitagliptin on islet function in diabetic patients.Methods:118 cases of diabetic patients adnitted to Ninghe District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from September 2018 to September 2020 were randomly divided into western medicine group and combined group,59 cases in each group.The western medicine group was treated with sitagliptin,and the combined group was treated with fufang lingzhi jiangtang capsules on the basis of the western medicine group.The clinical efficacy,adverse reactions,blood glucose and blood lipid levels and islet function before and after treatment were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results:Compared with 83.05%of the western medicine group,the total effective rate of the combined group was 98.31%,which was significantly higher(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of FPG,2hPG,HbAlc and LDL-C in the combined group were significantly lower than those in the western medicine group;the level of HDL-C in the combined group was significantly higher(P<0.05).After treatment,compared with the western medicine group,the levels of FINS,C-P,GC and HOMA-IR in the combined group were significantly lower;HOMA-βlevel was significantly higher(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the western medicine group and the combination group were 5.08%and 6.78%,respectively,which were similar(P>0.05).Conclusion:Fufang lingzhi jiangtang capsules combined with sitagliptin has significant effect in the treatment of diabetic patients,which can significantly reduce the blood glucose and blood lipid level,improve the related parameters of islet function,and has high safety.
