摘　　要：目的:分析与整合无医学指证产妇选择剖宫产的原因及感受。方法:计算机检索PubMed、EMbase、Web of Science、the Cochrane Library、CINAHL、Ovid及中国生物医学文献数据库、中国知网、维普数据库、万方数据库中关于无医学指证产妇选择剖宫产原因的质性研究文献,检索时间为建库至2021年6月,采用澳大利亚Joanna Briggs Institute(JBI)循证卫生保健中心质性研究评价标准评价文献质量,并使用汇集性整合方法进行结果整合。结果:共纳入15项研究,提炼出32个结果、6个类别、2个整合结果,整合结果1:自然分娩的不确定感以及可能出现的伤害,使产妇更倾向于剖宫产;整合结果2:社会因素和医务人员的负面影响。结论:现有证据表明,无剖宫产指证产妇选择剖宫产的心理较为复杂,医务人员应针对产妇心理需求给予支持和指导,帮助产妇选择合适的分娩方式。Objective:To analyze and integrate the the reasons and feelings of parturient women without medical indications choosing cesarean section.Methods:Qualitative study on the reasons and feelings of parturient women without medical indications choosing cesarean section were searched from PubMed,EMbase,Web of Science,the Cochrane Library,CINAHL,Ovid,CBM,CNKI,VIP and WanFang Database.The retrieval time was from inception to June 2021.The quality of the literature was evaluated by the qualitative research evaluation standard of JBI evidence-based health care center in Australia,The results were integrated using the pooled integration method.Results:A total of 15 studies were included,and 32 results,6 categories and 2 integrated results were extracted.Integrated results 1:the uncertainty of natural delivery and possible harm make pregnant women more inclined to cesarean section;Integration result 2:negative effects of social factors and medical staff.Conclusions:Current evidences show that the psychology of choosing cesarean section for pregnant women without indications of cesarean section is complex.Medical staff should give support and guidance according to the psychological needs of pregnant women to help them choose the appropriate mode of delivery.
