摘 要:针对现有电气屏柜温度监测系统的劣势,设计了非接触式柜内设备状态监测系统。该系统根据站内屏柜的电气设备分布建立设备台账树,综合考虑非接触式红外设备的布置,并根据电气设备的不同自定义测温规则。通过建立设备台账树与红外设备、台账树与测温规则的多重映射关系,由点到面辐射所有开关柜内设备。研究红外图像的测温规则温度矩阵的获取及最值点定位方法。根据电气设备材料自动设定反射率,结合三重温度诊断法,在不改变开关柜结构、不停电、不改变电场分布的基础上,采用极少的设备实时监测柜内关键电气设备的缺陷状态。在某500 kV换流站进行现场实验,与仅靠热点温度监测的方式进行对比,结果表明该系统在保证高准确率的同时,能够提前示警温度异常,证明其能够准确、稳定监测柜内电气设备的缺陷状态。Aiming at the disadvantages of existing temperature monitoring system of the electrical panel and cabinet,a non-contact equipment condition monitoring system in the cabinet is designed.The system establishes the equipment account tree according to the distribution of electrical equipment in the station,comprehensively considers the layout of non-contact infrared equipment,and customizes the temperature measurement rules according to different electrical equipment.By establishing the multiple mapping relationship between the equipment account tree and infrared equipment,and between the account tree and temperature measurement rules,the system radiates all the equipment in the switchgear from point to surface.The acquisition of temperature matrix in regular region of the infrared image and the location of the maximum point are studied also.According to the electrical equipment materials,the reflectivities are automatically set,and combined with the triple temperature diagnosis method,a few equipment are used to monitor the defect status of key electrical equipment in the cabinet in real time on the basis of not changing the switch cabinet structure,power failure and electric field distribution.The field experiment is carried out in a 500 kV converter station and compared with the hot spot temperature monitoring only,the results show that the system can not only ensure high accuracy,but also warn the abnormal temperature in advance,which proves that it can accurately and stably monitor the defect state of electrical equipment in the cabinet.
