摘 要:为了确定内悬浮抱杆在悬浮工作状态下的起升动载系数,以ZB-D-21/400/30型内悬浮抱杆为研究对象,开展抱杆在不同起升载荷、不同倾角下的起升试验,研究抱杆起重绳及背部拉线在起升过程中力学性能变化规律,并对不同工况下得到的起升动载系数进行分析。通过仿真与试验分析发现,内悬浮抱杆的起升动载系数与起升载荷无关,与抱杆倾角呈线性关系。内悬浮抱杆起升动载系数的理论计算和仿真结果基本一致,但均未考虑地面载荷约束,试验值小于理论计算与仿真结果,这主要是由于内悬浮抱杆在真实工作过程中存在塔材姿态控制绳的牵引作用以及塔材起吊地面拖拽作用等影响因素,降低了起升过程的动力效应。研究表明,起重机的起升动载系数推荐公式并不适用于内悬浮抱杆,推荐试验获取的内悬浮抱杆起升动载系数与抱杆倾角拟合的关系公式作为内悬浮抱杆结构设计、强度校核与工程应用的技术参考。In order to determine the lifting dynamic load coefficient of suspended derrick under working conditions of suspension,this paper takes ZB-D-21/400/30 suspended derrick as the research object,carries out the lifting test under different lifting loads and inclination angles,and studies the change law of mechanical properties of derrick stay wire and back stay wire during the lifting process.Meanwhile,it analyzes the lifting dynamic load coefficients under different working conditions.Through simulation and experimental analysis,it is found that the lifting dynamic load coefficient of the inner suspended derrick is independent of the lifting load of the derrick,while there is a linear relationship with the inclination angle.The theoretical calculation and simulation results of the lifting dynamic load coefficient of the inner suspended derrick are basically consistent,but the ground load constraint is not considered.The test value is less than the theoretical calculation and simulation results,this is mainly due to the traction function of the tower attitude control rope and the ground dragging function of the tower lifting in the real working process,which reduces the dynamic effect of lifting process.The research shows that the recommended formula of lifting dynamic load coefficient of the crane is not suitable for inner suspended derrick,and the paper recommends the relationship formula between the lifting dynamic load coefficient and the inclination angle of the inner suspended derrick obtained from the test as a technical reference for the structural design,strength verification and engineering application of the inner suspended derrick.
