摘  要:针对污水混凝土构筑物对混凝土抗裂性能的特殊要求,研究了聚丙烯纤维体积率为0~1.0%时混凝土拌合物状态以及聚丙烯纤维掺量为0、1.2、1.6、2.0、2.5、2.8 kg/m^(3)时对混凝土拌合物性能、力学性能、收缩、早期抗裂和氯离子渗透性能的影响,确定聚丙烯纤维用于提高混凝土抗裂性能的最大掺量。结果表明:为保证纤维在混凝土中有效分散且不会出现浆体结团无法充分包裹骨料等问题,聚丙烯纤维的体积率不宜大于0.3%,当聚丙烯纤维掺量为2.5 kg/m^(3)时,混凝土的拌合物性能、强度、耐久性等综合性能最优,可将其作为C35混凝土中聚丙烯纤维的推荐最大掺量。According to the special requirements of sewage concrete structures on concrete crack resistance,the mixture state of concrete with polypropylene fiber volume ratio of 0~1.0% and the effects of polypropylene fiber content of 0,1.2 kg/m^(3),1.6 kg/m^(3),2.0 kg/m^(3),2.5 kg/m^(3)and 2.8 kg/m^(3)on the mixture properties,mechanical properties,shrinkage,early crack resistance and chloride ion permeability of concrete are studied.The maximum reasonable content of polypropylene fiber is determined whichc an improve the crack resistance of concrete.The results show that in order to ensure the effective dispersion of fiber in concrete and prevent slur-ry agglomeration and insufficient wrapping of aggregate,the volume ratio of polypropylene fiber should not be greater than 0.3%.When the content of polypropylene fiber is 2.5 kg/m^(3),the comprehensive properties such as mixture performance,strength and durability of concrete are the best,which can be used as the recommended maximum content of polypropylene fiber in C35 concrete.
