水泥基渗透结晶型防水涂料基准砂浆抗渗性能的研究

摘　　要：通过研究原材料、配合比和成型方法对基准砂浆抗渗试件28 d抗渗压力的影响,找到一种合适的配合比和成型方法:即基准水泥290 g、标准砂1350 g、水260 g,采用一次装料,在水泥胶砂振实台振捣8 s的成型方式,可使基准砂浆抗渗试件的28 d抗渗压力达到0.3~0.4 MPa;并探索一种快速判定方法的可行性,即采用60℃热水加速养护3 d就可以快速判定基准砂浆抗渗试件28d的抗渗压力是否能达到要求,为水泥基渗透结晶型防水涂料的研发和检测提供参考。This paper mainly studies the effects of raw materials,mix proportion and forming method on the 28 d ages impermeability pressure of reference mortar impermeability test piece,and finds a suitable mix proportion and forming method:290 g of reference cement,1350 g of standard sand and 260 g of water,which is formed by one-time loading and vibrating on the cement mortar vibrating table for 8 s.It is possible to make the 28 d ages impermeability pressure of the reference mortar impermeability test piece be 0.3~0.4 MPa;And explore the feasibility of a rapid determination method,that is,using 60 ℃ hot water to accelerate curing for 3 days,we can quickly determine whether the impermeability pressure of the reference mortar impermeability pressure test piece for 28 d ages can meet the standard requirements,which provides a reference for the development and testing of cementbased permeated crystalline materials.
