摘  要:在自行合成环氧-丙烯酸酯杂化乳液的基础上,通过添加水性石墨烯分散体,制备了一种性能优异的单组份水性石墨烯/环氧丙烯酸涂料,研究了水性石墨烯分散体用量对涂料性能的影响。并采用红外光谱表征了石墨烯分散体和环氧-丙烯酸酯杂化乳液的分子结构,采用扫描电镜表征了石墨烯分散体和单组份水性石墨烯/环氧丙烯酸涂层的微观形貌,采用Zeta电位分析仪测试了环氧-丙烯酸酯杂化乳液的粒径及其分布。结果表明,所制备的单组份水性石墨烯/环氧丙烯酸涂料具有使用方便、环保、防腐性能优异等特点。Based on the synthesis of an epoxy-acrylate hybrid emulsion,a single component waterborne graphene/epoxy acrylic acid coating with excellent performance is prepared by adding aqueous graphene dispersion.Effects of different aqueous graphene dispersion on properties of coating system was studied.The molecular structure of the graphene dispersion and epoxy-acrylate hy-brid emulsion is characterized by infrared spectroscopy,and the micro-morphology of the graphene dispersion and the single componentwaterborne graphene/epoxy acrylic acid preservative is characterized by SEM.The particle size and distribution of epoxy-acry-late hybrid emulsions were tested using Zeta potential analyzers.The results show that the single component waterborne graphene/e-poxy acrylic acid preservatives prepared herein have the characteristics of convenient use,environmentally friendly,and superior anti-corrosion performance.
