摘 要:采用菜籽油为基础油,研究了乳化剂的种类组合、乳化剂用量、乳化温度和搅拌速度对菜籽油基脱模剂稳定性及脱膜性能的影响。试验结果表明,制备脱模剂的最佳工艺参数为:乳化剂组合为Span60+TW80+OP-10+SDBS;乳化剂用量为菜籽油质量的25%;油相乳化温度为60℃、搅拌速度为800 r/min,水相乳化温度为45℃、搅拌速度为1200 r/min。性能测试结果表明,该菜籽油基脱模剂的脱膜效果佳,混凝土粘附量为4.5 g/m2,干燥成膜时间为45 min,对模具无锈蚀作用,符合JC/T 949—2005《混凝土制品用脱模剂》要求。已应用于隰吉高速项目9标段试点工程,效果良好。In this paper,the effects of emulsifier type combination,dosage,emulsification temperature and stirring speed on the stability and release performance of vegetable oil-based mold release agents were investigated using rapeseed oil as the base oil.The results showed that the optimum emulsifier combination was Span60 +TW80 +OP-10 +SDBS;the optimum emulsifier dosage is25% of rapeseed oil content,the optimum emulsification temperature in the oil phase was 60 ℃ and the optimum speed was 800r/min,the optimum emulsion temperature is controlled at 45 ℃ in aqueous phase and the optimum speed was 1200 r/min.The performance test results show that the rapeseed oil-based mold release agent has a good mold release effect.The concrete adhesion is only 4.5 g/m2,the drying time is 40 min,and it has no rusting effect on the mold,meeting the requirements of JC/T 949—2005 "Mold release agent for concrete products".It has been applied in the site promotion and application of the 9th standard section of Xiji high-speed project,showing good effect.
