摘　　要：在“十四五”我国大力推进建筑工业化的背景下,模块化建筑在近几年开始风靡。采用该技术设计完成的建筑预制化程度和装配化程度均较高。文章通过分析模块化技术特点,介绍模块化技术发展历程及国内外研究现状,列举国内外木结构建筑中使用模块化技术的代表性案例,并指明在当下影响发展木构建筑模块化技术的制约因素,并对我国建筑业未来进行展望。In the 14th Five-Year Plan,China vigorously promote the construction of the background of industrialization,modular building in recent years began to be popular.The degree of prefabrication and assembly of buildings designed by this technology is high.By analyzing the characteristics of modular technology,this paper introduces the development process of modular technology and the research status at home and abroad,lists the representative cases of using modular technology in timber structure buildings at home and abroad,and points out the restrictive factors that affect the development of modular technology in timber structure buildings at present,and looks into the future of China’s construction industry.
