城镇老旧小区景观园林改造策略研究——以江西省南昌市京门小区为例

摘　　要：城镇老旧小区更新改造中的园林景观设计对满足小区环境卫生安全、美丽宜居具有重要意义。文章选取江西省南昌市京门小区,通过长期实地调研与研究设计,探究城镇老旧小区更新改造中的园林景观设计方法。研究发现,城镇老旧小区更新改造中的园林景观设计应运用以文化为基础、以自然为原则、以公共服务能力为目标、以卫生健康为基本要求的“四位一体”的理论与实践模式,即以“文化式”的景观园林设计进行更新改造。The landscape design in the renewal and reconstruction of the old urban community is of great significance to satisfy the community’s environmental health,safety,beauty and livability.This paper selects Jingmen Community in Nanchang City,Jiangxi Province,through long-term field investigation and research design,to explore the garden landscape design methods in the renewal and reconstruction of the old community in cities and towns.It is found that the landscape design in the renewal and reconstruction of old residential areas in cities and towns should be applied to the theory and practice mode of"four in one",which is based on culture,taking nature as the principle,taking public service ability as the goal,and taking health as the basic requirement,that is,the"cultural"landscape design for renewal and reconstruction.
