摘　　要：文旅产业是提高产业布局中的关键环节,其发展能够促进一个地区的经济发展,优化当地的产业结构框架。同时,利用当地地域文化的优点形成文旅产业发展的突破点是其关键的选择。文章从洪洞河西新区的现状进行分析,强调了发展文旅产业和绿色人居环境是实现生态、人文、智慧、集约洪洞新区的有效途径,指出了现阶段洪洞河西新区功能发展的主要方向,为洪洞河西新区的规划设计提供有价值的设计思路和经验。The cultural tourism industry is a key link in improving the industrial layout.Its development can promote the economic development of a region and optimize the local industrial structure framework.At the same time,it is the breakthrough point for the development of the cultural tourism industry to use the advantages of the local regional culture.The paper analyzes the current situation of the Hongdong Hexi New District and emphasizes that the development of the cultural and tourism industry,and the green human settlement environment is an effective way to realize ecology,humanities,wisdom,and intensive Hongdong New District.It also points out the main functional development of the Hongdong Hexi New District at this stage to provide valuable design ideas and experience for the planning and design of Hongdong Hexi New District.
