摘　　要：在新型城镇化背景下,我国城市公共设施更新面临诸多问题,文章以可持续理念为切入点,从宏观、中观、微观三个层面进行解析,探索公共设施更新的设计策略,提出城市公共设施更新需在宏观层面加强公共设施的统筹协调、分级渐进,在中观层面重视设施的共享和微空间营造,在微观层面推进全龄融合与精细化设计。城市公共设施更新设计发展趋势呈现出功能复合化、特色地方化、细节人性化、服务智慧化四大特征。Under the background of new urbanization,the renewal of urban public facilities in China is facing many problems.The paper takes the concept of sustainability as the starting point,analyzes it from the macro,meso and micro levels,explores the design strategy of public facilities renewal,and proposes urban public facilities renewal needs to strengthen the overall coordination and gradual progress of public facilities at the macro level,pay attention to the sharing of facilities and the creation of micro-space at the meso level,and promote the integration and refined design of all-age capacity at the micro level.The development trend of the renewal design of urban public facilities presents four major characteristics:compound functions,localization of characteristics,humanization of details,and intelligent services.
