摘　　要：基于对站城融合、TOD等理念的解读,总结出贯穿铁路客站区域开发全生命周期的5个绩效评价关键点——站城一体化、规划实施、土地利用、综合效益、运营管理,并在此基础上尝试建立铁路客站区域综合开发绩效评价指标体系,以层次分析法和专家打分法确定各指标权重,以模糊评价法、百分比法、指标偏差法等方法对指标量化,最后提出评价结果分析方法。Based on the interpretation of the concept of station-city integration, TOD, etc.This paper summarizes the 5 key performance evaluation points that run through the entire life cycle of railway passenger station regional development: station-city integration, implementation of the program,land development and utilization, comprehensive benefit and operation management.On this basis,this paper attempts to establish a performance evaluation index system for comprehensive development of railway passenger station area.This paper uses analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and expert scoring method to determine the weight of each index, quantifies the index by means of fuzzy evaluation method, percentage method and index deviation method. Finally, put forward the evaluation result analysis method.
