基于高校学生心理行为特征的老旧宿舍区交往空间设计改造策略研究

摘　　要：伴随着国内几十年的高校建设热潮,新建的高校宿舍条件有了显著的提升,但是老旧宿舍区域由于扩招、联合办学等种种原因,在扩建、翻建的同时已经渐渐无法满足大学生日益提高的交往需求。笔者通过总结目前高校老旧宿舍区域交往空间的类型以及存在的问题,从高校学生心理及行为特征的角度出发,提出相应的改造设计策略,希望能为将来类似的设计提供一些新的改造构想。With the boom in the construction of colleges and universities in China for decades,the conditions of newly-built colleges and universities have also been significantly improved.However,due to various reasons such as expansion of enrollment and joint schooling,the old dormitory area has gradually been unable to meet the increasing demand of college students while being expanded and renovated.By summarizing the current types of communication spaces and existing problems in the old dormitory areas of colleges and universities,the author proposes corresponding renovation design strategies from the perspective of the psychological and behavioral characteristics of college students,hoping to provide some new renovation ideas for similar designs in the future.
