基于共生理念的石库门更新模式探究——以田子坊为例

摘　　要：石库门作为上海近代最有代表性的民居建筑形式,当下由于建筑结构的老化以及空间条件的限制,大多面临着建筑拆改和文脉存续的问题。田子坊区域作为石库门里弄自下而上更新的典型案例,自20世纪90年代伊始,便有多种不同类型的功能逐步迁入其中,打破了原本以居住为主体的功能格局。时至今日,田子坊区域仍在自发地演化和更新当中。文章尝试以共生理念的视角,剖析这种功能混合的更新模式对传统里弄所产生的影响及自发生长的表现形式,并针对更新过程中存在的问题提出一定的改进策略。Shikumen is the most representative residential building form in modern Shanghai.At present,for the aging of building structure and the limitation of space conditions,most of them are facing with the problems of building demolition,transformation and the continuance of cultural range.Tianzifang area,as a typical case of Shikumen experienced the bottom-up updating mode.Since the 1990s,different types of functions had move into the old Shikumen buildings,broke the functional structure which dominated by residence.Today,Tianzifang area is still developing and updating.This paper attempts to summarize a renewal mode which can spontaneously grow for Lilong,concludes its basic characteristics,and puts forward some improvement strategies for the problems revealed in the renewal process.
