摘　　要：介绍了云南威龙化工科技有限公司硫铁矿制酸装置污酸硫化法处理系统的工艺流程及主要设备。该处理系统设计污酸处理量10 m^(3)/h,污酸中w(H_(2)SO_(4))10%~15%、ρ(As)3~4 g/L,处理后污酸ρ(As)小于7 mg/L,中和后污水ρ(As)小于0.25 mg/L,污水直接回用于硫酸生产系统。硫化法深度除砷后中和石膏渣中砷含量极低,可作为一般固体废物处置。The process flow and main equipments of waste acid vulcanization treatment system in pyrite acid plant of Yunnan Weilong Chemical Technology Co.,Ltd.are introduced.The designed sewage acid treatment capacity of the treatment system is 10 m^(3)/h,the w(H_(2)SO_(4))in the sewage acid is 10%~15%,ρ(As)is 3~4 g/L,dirty acid after treatmentρ(As)is less than 7 mg/L,sewage after neutralizationρ(As)is less than 0.25 mg/L,and the sewage is directly reused in the sulphuric acid production system.The content of arsenic in neutralized gypsum slag after deep arsenic removal by vulcanization method is very low,which can be treated as general solid waste.
