摘　　要：介绍了湖南水口山有色金属集团有限公司铅冶炼厂环保改造子项目废水深度处理的工艺流程和运行过程中存在的问题,并提出了相应的改进措施。该废水深度处理项目采用“预处理降硬度+多介质过滤+超滤+阳离子树脂交换+二级纳滤+三级反渗透+MVR蒸发结晶”工艺,并在实际运行中对预处理工艺和离子交换树脂再生进行了完善和改进,改变了MVR蒸发器所用蒸汽的产汽方式,实现了预处理系统产水的硬度在1 mmol/L以下的目标,并降低了运营成本,提高了水处理系统的稳定性,实现了废水零排放。The process flow and problems existing in the operation of wastewater advanced treatment in the environmental protection transformation sub project of lead smelter of Hunan Shuikoushan Nonferrous Metals Group Co., Ltd. are introduced, and the corresponding improvement measures are put forward. The advanced wastewater treatment project adopts the process of "pretreatment and hardness reduction + multi-media filtration + ultrafiltration + cation resin exchange + secondary nanofiltration + tertiary reverse osmosis + MVR evaporative crystallization". In the actual operation, the pretreatment process and ion exchange resin regeneration are perfected and improved, the steam production mode of the steam used in the MVR evaporator is changed, the goal that the hardness of the water produced by the pretreatment system is less than 1 mmol/L is realized, the operation cost is reduced, the stability of the water treatment system is improved, and zero wastewater discharge is realized.
